Making live symphonic music easier to discover.
The Burlington Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is a community-based orchestra focused on making live symphonic music accessible in the Burlington area. After reaching out about volunteer opportunities, I joined the team, and what started as website updates grew into ongoing event promotion and design support across the season.

How it was solved
The BSO had a strong community presence and an established identity worth preserving. The work was about building on what was already there, creating a more streamlined website experience and more consistency across everything going out to audiences and sponsors.
The website was updated to improve usability, navigation, and visual consistency while keeping the orchestra's existing identity intact. Ongoing updates were managed throughout the concert season to support ticket sales, event communication, and audience engagement.
Concert graphics, email newsletters, and promotional materials were designed to support audience outreach across digital and print. The visual direction helped each performance feel more considered and made important concert details easier to find.

The Outcome
The updated digital presence gave the Burlington Symphony Orchestra a more user-friendly experience that better reflected the quality of what they put on stage. Clearer structure and more consistent promotional materials made it easier to communicate with audiences, sponsors, and the broader community across every concert and campaign.
